ezZzy Digital Limited Company owns and operates ezZzy, including this website, the apps, Marketplace, Community, and related services in Thailand.
This Privacy Policy explains how ezZzy handles personal data for the currently enabled Thailand platform: Marketplace, Marketplace Business, Business Badge, Community, Short Videos, Nong Dao rewards, referrals, user-to-user trade confirmations, Promo Packages, support, moderation, and safety.

1. Data Controller and Contact
ezZzy Digital Limited Company is the data controller for personal data processed through ezZzy, unless a page or agreement states otherwise.
Use cs@ezzzy.co.th for privacy requests, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, objection requests, consent withdrawal, complaints, and appeals.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect account data such as name, email, phone number, username, password credentials, language preference, profile photo, device details, and login records.
We may collect Marketplace and content data such as listings, item descriptions, prices, categories, photos, videos, comments, reactions, reviews, reports, Community activity, Short Video activity, and saved content.
We may collect Marketplace Business and Business Badge data such as business profile details, authorization records, identity documents, address evidence, tax or registration references, brand evidence, verification status, and review notes.
We may collect user-to-user trade data such as messages, offers or interest signals, trade confirmations, feedback, safety reports, proof uploaded by users, and dispute notes.
We may collect Nong Dao, referral, and promotion data such as reward ledger entries, campaign eligibility, caps, holds, reversals, referral links, Promo Package purchases, payment-vendor references, and support adjustments.
3. Sources of Personal Data
We receive data directly from you, from your use of ezZzy, from other users who interact with you, from Marketplace Business verification submissions, from payment or fraud-prevention partners, from analytics and security tools, and from public or official sources where relevant for verification or safety review.
4. Why We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide Marketplace and content features, display listings and profiles, enable messages, operate Community and Short Videos, calculate Buying Trust and Selling Trust signals, manage Business Badge review, run Promo Packages, grant or reverse Nong Dao rewards, support referrals, and maintain trust and safety.
We also use personal data to prevent fraud, enforce policies, investigate reports, respond to complaints and appeals, improve ranking and recommendations, measure performance, maintain records, comply with law, and communicate with users.
5. Legal Bases
Depending on the activity, we process personal data because it is necessary for a contract or requested platform feature, necessary for legal compliance, based on legitimate interests such as safety and platform improvement, based on consent, or necessary to protect vital interests or public interest where allowed by law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent through available controls or by contacting cs@ezzzy.co.th. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal.
6. Cookies, Browser Storage, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, browser/device storage, device identifiers, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for login sessions, language preference, consent storage, security, fraud prevention, performance measurement, analytics, content delivery, promo measurement, and social or media integrations where enabled.

7. Sharing Personal Data
We may share personal data with hosting, cloud, database, analytics, communications, moderation, verification, fraud-prevention, payment, legal, accounting, audit, and customer support vendors that help operate ezZzy.
We may share limited details with other users where needed for Marketplace communication, trade coordination, reports, reviews, or dispute handling.
We may share data with rights owners, regulators, courts, police, payment partners, or other authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, ezZzy, or others.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Hosting and Cross-Border Processing
The Thailand service uses Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in Bangkok, Thailand for core platform hosting and cloud storage. Some supporting vendors or technical infrastructure may still process personal data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and the processing purpose.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, listing records, messages, support, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, reward ledgers, and audit logs.
Retention periods vary by data type. For example, support and moderation records may be kept while a safety risk remains; reward and Promo Package records may be kept for accounting and abuse prevention; inactive account content may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online platform can guarantee perfect security, so users should protect account credentials, use trusted devices, and report suspicious activity quickly.
11. Data Subject Rights
Subject to Thai PDPA requirements, identity verification, and lawful exceptions, you may request access to personal data, receive a copy, correct inaccurate data, delete eligible data, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, request portability where available, or withdraw consent.
We may refuse, delay, or limit a request where the law allows, where another person's rights would be affected, where records must be kept for legal or safety reasons, or where the request cannot be verified.
12. Marketing and Notification Choices
You may opt out of marketing communications through available controls or by contacting cs@ezzzy.co.th. We may still send non-marketing notices such as security, account, policy, support, transaction, or legal notices.
13. Minors
ezZzy is not intended for independent use by people who cannot legally consent or contract under Thai law. If you believe a minor provided personal data without proper permission, contact cs@ezzzy.co.th.
14. Updates
We may update this Policy when the platform, law, vendors, or processing practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
