Prohibited Items Policy

ezZzy Digital Limited Company owns and operates ezZzy, including this website, the apps, Marketplace, Community, and related services in Thailand.

This policy explains items, content, and activity that are not allowed on ezZzy Marketplace, Marketplace Business profiles, Community, Short Videos, messages, Promo Packages, or reward campaigns in Thailand.

This policy is not exhaustive. ezZzy may remove or restrict any listing, content, account, or reward activity that creates legal, safety, fraud, rights, or platform integrity risk. Contact cs@ezzzy.co.th for reports, complaints, or appeals.

Platform Listing Content Rules

These platform rules apply on top of Thai law and the government controlled-label list.

• Product and service information must be true, legal, complete, and not vague.
• Images must be clear, relevant to the listing, owned or licensed by the seller, and legally usable on ezZzy.
• Prices must be net and clear, including tax, required fees, and required charges. Any free gifts, bundles, or add-ons must be clearly stated.
• Contact information must be true and may appear only inside contact areas provided by the platform.
• The seller is responsible for all product information, service information, images, intellectual-property rights, licenses, proof of ownership, and legality.

Restricted Platform Category

Medical tools and medical devices may be listed only when they comply with applicable medical-device rules, labeling and advertising requirements, and any evidence requested by ezZzy. ezZzy admin approval is required before these listings may remain active.

Platform Prohibited Products

The following products are prohibited or restricted as platform policy even where a separate government controlled-label rule is not listed:

1. New products with sole distributor restrictions, protected brand controls, distributor-only sales limits, or similar restrictions are subject to manual review and may be blocked.
2. Pirated, counterfeit, copied, or grade-A fake brand goods, including copied clothes, bags, phones, software, and IT products, are prohibited.
3. Satellite, TV, Dream Box, Open Box, HD Vision, Smart Box, Android Box, Apple TV Box, and similar decoder boxes are restricted when illegal or unauthorized.
4. Serious or prohibited chemicals, insecticides, and stem-cell products are prohibited.
5. Pledge, pawn, or collateral items are prohibited.
6. Alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, pornography, gambling equipment, human organs, and human body parts are prohibited.
7. Food or products that require FDA approval but do not have it are prohibited.
8. Diplomas, graduation leaves, thesis papers, research papers, and similar academic documents or work-for-submission products are prohibited.
9. Customer databases and personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and online names, are prohibited.
10. Cars without registration books, assembled vehicles, invoice or excise cars with no book, imported or grey-market cars without registration, and pledged or finance cars without finance conditions require manual review and may be blocked.
11. Protected wildlife, wildlife reserves, carcasses, and wildlife parts are prohibited.
12. Shares, securities, and similar investment instruments are prohibited.
13. Video sheets, unauthorized media, and similar media products are prohibited.
14. Official insignia, protected emblems, and similar restricted symbols are prohibited.
15. GPS trackers without required NBTC license or Department of Land Transport installation license require manual review and may be blocked.
16. First-hand Amway products are prohibited.
17. Restricted wood, whether unprocessed or processed, requires proof of required licenses and may be blocked.
18. Pharmaceuticals for beauty or health, dietary supplements, and cosmetics that are not expressly allowed under ezZzy rules are prohibited.
19. Cannabis, marijuana, plant parts, extracts, and processed products containing marijuana are prohibited.
20. Blank guns, BB guns, cap guns, model guns, other firearms, and related weapons are prohibited.

Platform Prohibited Services

1. Chain business, network business, and similar recruitment-style business services are prohibited.
2. Work-from-home, earn-money-online, and similar propaganda or solicitation services are prohibited.
3. Affiliate marketing advertisements, including Amazon Affiliate and Lazada Affiliate promotions, are prohibited.
4. Financial services, loan services, insurance services, loan insurance, and related advertisements are prohibited.
5. Pledge, mortgage, deposit, and similar collateral or guarantee services are prohibited.

Thai Legal and Controlled-Item Rules

The sections below continue to apply as legal, safety, licensing, and platform-integrity rules. A listing may be blocked under either the platform rules above, Thai law, the government controlled-label list, category-specific review, or a combination of those sources.

1. Illegal Goods and Illegal Activity

You may not list, promote, request, arrange, or discuss goods or activity that violate Thai law or any applicable regulation. This includes attempts to avoid licensing, age limits, import rules, labeling rules, tax rules, safety rules, or enforcement action.

2. Counterfeit, Infringing, and Misleading Items

Counterfeit goods, replica goods presented as genuine, unauthorized brand use, pirated media, stolen software keys, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, fake certificates, fake warranty documents, and misleading authenticity claims are prohibited.

3. Stolen Goods and Missing Ownership Proof

Stolen property, lost property offered without authority, goods with removed serial numbers, items subject to police report, pawned items without release proof, or items that require ownership documents but lack them are prohibited.

4. Drugs, Drug Tools, and Controlled Substances

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unauthorized medicines, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, tools for producing or consuming illegal drugs, and instructions for illegal drug activity are prohibited.

Cannabis, hemp, kratom, alcohol-based products, or other regulated substances may be restricted or prohibited unless the user has all required authority, labels, approvals, age controls, and platform approval.

5. Weapons, Explosives, and Dangerous Devices

Firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives, bombs, grenades, silencers, stun devices, restricted knives, weapon conversion parts, firearm replicas that create safety risk, and instructions for making weapons or explosives are prohibited.

6. Adult Exploitation and Sexual Content

Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, commercial sexual activity, coercive content, content involving minors in sexual context, and sexual content used to harass or blackmail are prohibited.

Adult products or mature content may be removed where they violate law, age restrictions, platform rules, safety standards, or community expectations.

7. Personal Data, Accounts, and Official Documents

You may not sell, request, or trade personal data, identity documents, passports, national ID cards, bank accounts, phone numbers, SIM cards registered to others, usernames, social accounts, game accounts, platform accounts, medical records, or confidential databases.

8. Malware, Hacking, and Circumvention

Malware, phishing tools, credential theft tools, hacking tools, bot tools, spam tools, bypass devices, exploit kits, account cracking, fake verification, reward abuse tools, and instructions for unauthorized access are prohibited.

9. Unsafe, Recalled, Expired, or Defective Goods

Recalled products, expired products, unsafe electronics, damaged batteries, products without required safety information, tampered products, contaminated goods, and items known to create unreasonable safety risk are prohibited.

10. Regulated Food, Health, Cosmetics, and Medical Items

Food, supplements, cosmetics, medicines, medical devices, test kits, health claims, weight-loss products, sexual performance products, injections, and beauty treatment products must comply with Thai law, labeling rules, approval rules, advertising rules, and platform requirements.

Unauthorized, unlabeled, expired, counterfeit, exaggerated, or unsafe regulated products are prohibited.

11. Hazardous Chemicals and Restricted Materials

Toxic chemicals, pesticides, industrial chemicals, acids, radioactive materials, asbestos, controlled laboratory materials, flammable substances, fireworks, pressurized hazardous containers, and restricted environmental materials are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by law and platform policy.

12. Alcohol, Tobacco, Vape, and Age-Restricted Goods

Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape devices, vape liquids, nicotine products, and age-restricted products are prohibited where Thai law, advertising rules, licensing rules, courier limits, or platform policy do not allow the listing.

13. Wildlife, Plants, Timber, and Protected Materials

Protected wildlife, animal parts, ivory, endangered species, illegal pets, protected plants, restricted seeds, illegal timber, and goods made from protected materials are prohibited unless lawful proof and platform approval are provided.

14. Cultural Objects, Government Items, and Insignia

Restricted antiques, cultural artifacts, religious items subject to export or trade limits, government uniforms, police or military insignia, official seals, license plates, badges, and items that impersonate authority are prohibited where unauthorized.

15. Financial Products and High-Risk Schemes

Securities, loans, credit offers, investment products, debt collection, money transfer schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, guaranteed-return offers, and financial products requiring licensing are prohibited unless explicitly approved by ezZzy and lawful.

16. Vehicles and Regulated Transport Items

Vehicles, vehicle parts, registration documents, license plates, engines, and regulated transport items must have accurate ownership and legal status. Unregistered, stolen, encumbered, tampered, unsafe, or document-mismatched vehicles or parts are prohibited.

17. Telecom, GPS, Surveillance, and Restricted Electronics

Restricted radio devices, signal jammers, unauthorized GPS trackers, hidden cameras, surveillance devices intended for unlawful monitoring, modified telecom equipment, and devices requiring regulatory approval are prohibited unless lawful and approved by platform rules.

18. Enforcement

ezZzy may remove listings, reject Promo Packages, reduce visibility, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, reverse Nong Dao rewards, ask for evidence, or report serious issues to authorities.

Appeals should be sent to cs@ezzzy.co.th with account details, listing links, proof of legality, ownership documents, product labels, licenses, or other supporting evidence.
