Nong Dao Rewards Policy

ezZzy Digital Limited Company owns and operates ezZzy, including this website, the apps, Marketplace, Community, and related services in Thailand.

This policy explains how Nong Dao rewards work on ezZzy. Nong Dao is a promotional platform benefit for eligible activity such as referrals, Community participation, trade feedback, and selected Promo Package use.

1. What Nong Dao Is

Nong Dao is a promotional benefit issued by ezZzy. It is not cash, not electronic money, not stored value, not a deposit, and not a financial product.

Unless a campaign clearly says otherwise, Nong Dao cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, pledged, inherited, or used outside eligible ezZzy features.

2. Reward Ledger

Your reward ledger may show grants, pending amounts, available amounts, spending, reversals, adjustments, and campaign references.

Ledger entries may be delayed while we verify eligibility, detect abuse, apply caps, wait for holding periods, or process platform events.

3. No Expiry

Nong Dao does not expire after it is granted or becomes available.

It may still be reversed, cancelled, or adjusted if related activity is abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, refunded, cancelled, or otherwise ineligible under this policy.

4. Referral Rewards

Referral campaigns may grant Nong Dao when an invited user completes required actions. Current campaign defaults may include 100 Nong Dao for a normal referrer and 50 for the invited user, or 250 for a Marketplace Business referrer and 125 for the invited Marketplace Business user.

Referral rewards may require account verification, a first approved listing or other qualifying action, fraud checks, a holding period, and campaign caps. Current default safeguards may include a 72-hour hold and a rolling 30-day cap of 20 qualified referrals unless a campaign states otherwise.

5. Community Rewards

Community rewards may be granted for eligible room joining, first posts, received likes, received comments, comments made, likes made, or comment upvotes.

Current configurable defaults may include: 10 Nong Dao for eligible room joining within lifetime limits, 10 for a first post in a room, 1 for each eligible like received, 2 for each eligible comment received, 1 for eligible comments made, 0.2 for eligible likes made, and 0.5 for eligible comment upvotes. Daily caps, distinct-content limits, first-time limits, KYC checks, and a default 48-hour hold may apply.

Fractional rewards may accumulate and grant whole Nong Dao only when the campaign threshold is met.

6. Trade-Feedback Rewards

Trade-feedback campaigns may grant Nong Dao when eligible users confirm a user-to-user trade and provide feedback. Current configurable defaults may include 2 Nong Dao for eligible feedback and 1 additional Nong Dao for mutual feedback, with a daily cap of 10, a 48-hour safety hold, and a 24-hour pair cooldown.

Eligibility may require KYC or approved Marketplace Business status. Staged trades, fake confirmations, repeated pairs, duplicate accounts, or pressured feedback are not eligible.

7. Promo Package Use

Where enabled, Nong Dao may be used toward selected Promo Packages or platform promotional benefits. Availability, value, minimum spend, stacking rules, and excluded placements may vary by campaign.

Using Nong Dao does not guarantee views, messages, trade completion, ranking position, or revenue.

8. Holds, Caps, and Verification

ezZzy may apply pending holds, KYC requirements, account-age requirements, daily caps, campaign caps, category limits, location limits, duplicate-device checks, and fraud checks before Nong Dao becomes available.

We may delay or deny rewards where activity looks automated, coordinated, fake, abusive, misleading, unsafe, or outside campaign rules.

9. Reversals and Abuse

Nong Dao may be reversed if related activity is refunded, cancelled, deleted, reported, moderated, fraudulent, duplicate, ineligible, or created to manipulate the platform.

Abuse includes duplicate-account activity, fake engagement, staged trades, referral rings, reward farming, identity misuse, false reports, policy evasion, bot activity, and attempts to sell or transfer Nong Dao.

10. Changes and Termination

ezZzy may change, pause, or end Nong Dao campaigns, earning rates, spending options, caps, and eligibility rules. We will use reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

If your account is suspended or closed for policy violations, available or pending Nong Dao may be cancelled to the extent allowed by law and campaign rules.
