Terms of Use
ezZzy Digital Limited Company owns and operates ezZzy, including this website, the apps, Marketplace, Community, and related services in Thailand.
These Terms of Use apply to ezZzy in Thailand. They cover the currently enabled parts of the platform: Marketplace listings, Marketplace Business accounts, Business Badge, Community, Short Videos, Nong Dao rewards, referrals, user-to-user trade confirmations, and Promo Packages.

1. Acceptance and Electronic Records
By creating an account, posting content, sending a message, confirming a trade, joining a reward campaign, buying a Promo Package, or continuing to use ezZzy, you accept these Terms.
You agree that buttons, checkboxes, in-app confirmations, email notices, SMS or chat notices, and platform logs can be used as electronic records and notices where allowed by Thai law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be shown in the app, on this page, or by another reasonable notice method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Platform Scope
ezZzy is a Thailand-focused online platform for discovery, user-to-user Marketplace listings, Marketplace Business profiles, Community rooms, short-form video posts, promotional visibility, and promotional Nong Dao rewards.
Unless a page clearly says otherwise, ezZzy is not the owner of listed items, is not the direct counterparty in user-to-user trades, and does not guarantee that every listing, profile, review, message, or video is accurate. Users are responsible for their own content, trade decisions, and legal compliance.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your contact details current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity from your account and devices.
You may not create duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, collect rewards unfairly, manipulate reviews, evade limits, or hide enforcement history.
If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement under Thai law, you may use ezZzy only with involvement and permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Marketplace Business and Business Badge
Marketplace Business features are for verified or reviewable business profiles that want to manage listings, public profile details, short videos, and promotional visibility.
We may request identity, authorization, tax, address, ownership, brand, product, or other verification documents before approving or continuing a Marketplace Business account or Business Badge.
A Business Badge is a trust signal, not a guarantee by ezZzy. It does not mean that every item, claim, price, response time, review, or trade outcome is approved by ezZzy.
5. Marketplace Listings
Listings must be item-only, truthful, current, and placed in the correct category. Listing photos, videos, titles, prices, condition notes, defects, ownership claims, warranty statements, and availability must be accurate.
Product and service information must be true, legal, complete, and not vague. Images must be clear, relevant, owned or licensed by the seller, and legally usable. Prices must be net and clear, including tax, required fees, and required charges. Free gifts, bundles, or add-ons must be clearly stated. Contact information must be true and may appear only inside platform contact areas.
You may not list prohibited, restricted, unsafe, recalled, expired, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, or improperly licensed items or services. Our Prohibited Items Policy is part of these Terms and includes ezZzy platform rules for distributor-restricted new goods, counterfeit or pirated goods, unauthorized decoder boxes, chemicals, pledge or pawn items, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, pornography, gambling equipment, body parts, no-FDA products, academic documents, personal databases, undocumented or grey-market vehicles, protected wildlife, securities, media sheets, insignia, GPS trackers, first-hand Amway products, restricted wood, beauty or health pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, cannabis, firearms, chain or network business, work-from-home or earn-money-online propaganda, affiliate ads, financial or loan or insurance ads, and pledge, mortgage, or deposit services.
Medical tools and medical devices are restricted. They may be listed only under applicable medical-device rules and after ezZzy admin approval.
The seller is responsible for all product information, service information, images, intellectual-property rights, licenses, proof of ownership, and legality.
You must remove or update a listing when it is no longer available or when material details change.
6. User-to-User Trades and Trade Confirmations
ezZzy may provide tools for users to message, confirm interest, mark a trade as completed, exchange feedback, or submit safety reports. These tools help record trust signals, but they do not turn ezZzy into a party to the trade.
Users should inspect items carefully, meet in safe locations, keep proof of payment or handover, and avoid pressure tactics or unusual requests. ezZzy may review trade confirmations, messages, feedback, and reports to reduce fraud or abuse.
Trade-feedback rewards may be granted only when campaign rules are met. False confirmations, staged trades, duplicate-account activity, or fake feedback may lead to reward reversal and account limits.
7. Messaging, Community, and Short Videos
Messages, Community posts, comments, reactions, and Short Videos must be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the platform purpose.
You may not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, scams, impersonation, malware, private personal data, misleading offers, fake engagement, or content that encourages a prohibited trade.
ezZzy may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or report serious issues to authorities where appropriate.
8. Reviews, Trust Signals, and Safety Labels
Reviews, ratings, Buying Trust, Selling Trust, Business Badges, completion marks, response indicators, report outcomes, and other trust signals are platform signals based on available data. They may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or changed after review.
You may not buy, sell, trade, pressure, automate, or manipulate reviews, likes, follows, comments, trade confirmations, or other trust signals.
9. Search, Ranking, and Recommendations
ezZzy may rank, recommend, or sort listings, profiles, Community content, and Short Videos using signals such as relevance, category, location, recency, quality, user preference, safety review, engagement, business profile status, policy compliance, and paid Promo Package placement.
Paid visibility may improve placement in eligible surfaces, but it does not guarantee views, messages, trades, ranking position, or approval of content.
We may reduce visibility for content that is incomplete, duplicated, low quality, reported, suspicious, misleading, prohibited, or inconsistent with platform rules.
10. Promo Packages
Promo Packages are paid or campaign-based visibility tools for eligible Marketplace and Marketplace Business content. Package details, duration, placement, renewal behavior, and limits are shown in the relevant flow.
Promo Packages are not a guarantee of traffic, messages, trade completion, or revenue. ezZzy may reject, pause, adjust, or remove promoted content that violates policy or creates safety risk.
If a package cannot be delivered because of a platform error or policy decision not caused by the user, ezZzy may provide a reasonable adjustment, replacement visibility, Nong Dao credit where available, or refund through the original payment channel where supported.
11. Nong Dao Rewards and Referrals
Nong Dao is a promotional platform benefit. It is not cash, not electronic money, not stored value, and not a bank deposit. Unless a campaign clearly says otherwise, Nong Dao cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn.
Nong Dao may be earned through eligible referral campaigns, Community activity, trade-feedback campaigns, or other promotions. It may be usable for selected platform benefits such as Promo Packages when enabled.
Rewards are subject to verification, holding periods, caps, reversal, abuse checks, and campaign rules. See the Nong Dao Rewards Policy.
12. Reports, Complaints, and Appeals
You can report listings, profiles, messages, Community content, Short Videos, reward issues, Promo Package issues, or account enforcement by using in-app tools or emailing cs@ezzzy.co.th.
Please include relevant links, screenshots, message references, payment references, trade details, and any evidence you want us to review.
If we restrict your account or content, you may appeal by contacting cs@ezzzy.co.th. We may ask for identity, business, ownership, or safety evidence before deciding an appeal.
13. Intellectual Property
ezZzy Digital Limited Company owns or licenses the platform design, software, brand assets, interface, and platform-generated materials. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by law.
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant ezZzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display, translate, adapt, moderate, distribute, and promote that content for operating, improving, protecting, and marketing the platform.
You must have the rights needed to upload or share any text, photo, video, logo, brand name, music, or other material.
14. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies, browser/device storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies.
By using ezZzy, you acknowledge those policies and agree to provide accurate information when we need it for account, safety, verification, support, legal, or platform operation purposes.
15. Suspension and Enforcement
We may warn, remove content, limit visibility, restrict messaging, pause rewards, reverse rewards, reject Promo Packages, request verification, suspend accounts, or permanently close access where we believe there is legal, safety, fraud, abuse, or policy risk.
Items, services, or listing behavior prohibited by ezZzy platform policy may be blocked. Restricted or documentation-dependent cases, including medical devices, distributor-restricted new products, vehicles, GPS trackers, wood, decoder devices, licensing, ownership, and similar compliance questions, may be held for manual review or removed if evidence is missing or unacceptable.
We may preserve records and cooperate with payment partners, hosting partners, rights owners, regulators, courts, police, or other authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the platform.
16. Disclaimers and Liability
ezZzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, guaranteed discovery, guaranteed messages, guaranteed trade completion, or guaranteed reward availability.
To the extent allowed by law, ezZzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, reputational, or lost-profit damages, or for user content, user conduct, offline meetings, or user-to-user trade outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Thai Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Users should first try to resolve concerns through ezZzy support at cs@ezzzy.co.th. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent Thai authority or court.
